Shane West, the cutie from that mushy Mandy Moore movie and a couple of years on the dying-a-slow-death ER, turns 30 today.
We think Shane's hot, even though someone once told us, while we were standing in the same room with Shane West, that we look like him. What a mean thing to say about Shane!
